The first time Sara stepped foot in Savannah, she was dropping her husband, Ben, off at his new job and immediately on the hunt for their first house to purchase. After finding their perfect home and settling in, Sara explored and fell in love with the food, sites, history, people, and dog friendliness of Savannah. She realized shortly after that helping others find their perfect Savannah home is something she was meant to do.
Prior to entering the world of Real Estate, Sara spent 10 years working in customer service. She spent some time managing an Aveda concept Salon and Day Spa, and was a bar manager at an up and coming American Bistro just before leaving Arkansas.
Growing up in New York City area helped her develop an outgoing, patient, and characteristic personality with a drive to succeed. She also learned how to navigate the “Big City” transit system and Manhattan. Her love for the South began when she moved to from New York to Arkansas in 2012, and has only grown over time. Savannah is the perfect combination of Southern charm and city living, great for a “New York southern” girl.
Sara currently works at BHHS Cora Bett Thomas Realty. She thoroughly enjoys working to prefect communication with clients, market their beautiful homes, and keep everyone on the team working towards higher goals.
Sara has a passion for exploring the outdoors and has an overwhelming love for animals. Along with raising chickens in their backyard Sara and her husband love exploring Savannah with their two dogs. Skidaway Island State Park is their favorite place to walk the dogs and get out into nature. They love trying restaurants and checking out the music scene downtown. Sara is also on the Board of Directors for the non profit Friends of Oatland Island for Oatland Island Wildlife Center on Whitemarsh Island.
She is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Georgia Association of Realtors®, and the Savannah Board of Realtors®.
